+ Ryland Homes selling well in GreyHawk Landing
Ryland Homes has found the right place to build.
Mike Finley, vice president of sales and marketing for Tampa-based Ryland Homes, announced June 20 the builder sold eight new homes in GreyHawk Landing.
Ryland Homes held its grand opening in GreyHawk Landing one month ago.
Finley attributed the success to the community’s location and reputation.
“GreyHawk Landing is an established community that offers a rare combination of a peaceful, natural environment with conveniences and recreation,” Finley said. “You rarely need to leave the neighborhood.”
GreyHawk Landing features multiple pools and a playground on 950 acres. The community also has a fishing dock, a private lake and a two-mile trail.
Ryland Homes is building one- and two-story single-family homes with three-and-four bedrooms and two- and three-car garages. Prices start around $250,000.
Homes range in size from 1,853 square feet to 2,840 square feet.
Ryland Homes currently is finishing three new homes, which will be ready in September.
