The Manatee County Planning Commission will make recommendations on several North Manatee projects at its regular meeting today.
Up for consideration are proposals for a cemetery on State Road 62 and a 224 multi-family project on Victory Road in Ellenton, among others.
The board’s recommendations will go to the Manatee County Board of County Commissioners for consideration in subsequent hearnings.
The meeting will start at 9 a.m., in the commission chambers, 1112 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton. The board generally will recess at noon for lunch.

Members of KC and the Sunshine Dancers, a group of Manatee County dancers ages 8 to 20, will show off their dancing skills in jazz, hip-hop and contemporary dance from 7 to 9 p.m. May 28, as the group holds a show titled "Breaking Ground."
