The Concession Golf Club and Residences and The First Tee of Sarasota/Manatee today announced they will host their annual golf tournament fundraiser May 26.
The event, which has a noon shotgun start, will raise money for The First Tee, a non-profit that provides learning facilities and educational programs that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf.
Proceeds from the tournament will go directly to workshops and other youth programs presented by The First Tee. The organization currently serves more than 1,200 youth in the two-county area and provides programming at Rolling Green Golf Club for children ages 5 to 18.
For information about the tournament, contact David Windsor at 685-0109 or davidw@thefirstteesarasotamanatee.org.
