Heritage Harbour South Community Development District supervisors Thursday night eliminated three proposals for management services, choosing to focus their attention to two local vendors.
Supervisors will hear presentations from Severn Trent and Rizzetta & Co., both of which manage CDDs in Manatee and Sarasota counties.
Supervisors are expected to make a decision on a new CDD manager at a meeting at 6 p.m. March 21, at the Comfort Inn and Suites, 580 66th Street Court East, Bradenton.
The district's longtime community manager, Jim Ward, gave his 60-day notice, at the board's Feb. 7 meeting.
