Heritage Harbour CDD meeting results in two resignations
Date: February 8, 2013
by: Pam Eubanks | Managing Editor
The Heritage Harbour Community Development District meeting Thursday afternoon started with the resignation of board chairman Joseph Jaudon and ended with the resignation of longtime district manager Jim Ward.
Jaudon will remain on the board, but cited health and other issues as reasons for resigning from his post as board chairman.
Ward gave his resignation, effective in 60 days — on or around April 8 — after some board members questioned his responsiveness to board directives and called for getting proposals from other community management companies.
The board is expected to review proposals from management companies at its March meeting.
