A Manatee County hearing officer has issued a notice of intent to deny an application by Vertex Development to construct a telecommunications tower in the Palm-Aire community.
Hearing Officer Hamilton “Chip” Rice Jr. on Jan. 12 issued his notice of intent to deny the application. County Planning Coordinator Bobbi Roy sent notice of the decision to Vertex’s attorney, Lauralee Westine, today.
Vertex has five days to object to the decision, and the judge has 10 days either to issue a final order or reopen public hearing.
