Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance President Tommy Klauber is planning to compete in two Ironman triathlons this year — the first of which will be in May and the second in August. -
He and his wife and business partner, Jaymie, also have put together a special trip for patrons in July to Machu Picchu. There, Tommy Klauber, a chef, will work with chefs in Peru to create unique recipes on site for their guests. -
The couple also is expecting the birth of their first foal in a few months. Paula, Jaymie Klauber’s polo pony, is due in March.
