Auto burglaries in the Lakewood Ranch area put a damper on Thanksgiving celebrations for four East County families.
During the early morning hours of Nov. 26, unknown persons burglarized four vehicles within close proximity on Honeysuckle Trail, Water Poppy Terrace, Spoonflower Court and Pimpernel Drive, a Manatee County Sheriff’s Office report states.
Entry was forced, and suspect(s) stole personal items such as an iPod and a backpack.
