The 2013 Lakewood Ranch Tour of Homes, which will run from Oct. 25 to Nov. 27, showcases 41 models this year.
“With the market rebounding, we couldn’t be more pleased than to have the opportunity to showcase 40-plus model homes featuring 15 builders,” said Jimmy Stewart, Lakewood Ranch Communities’ vice president of sales. “If our sales traffic year-to-date is any indication, we should experience an unprecedented turnout for this annual event. It’s a great time to showcase Lakewood Ranch as one of America’s premier communities.”
Through October of this year, Lakewood Ranch has sold 458 new homes and had more than 23,000 people visit its information centers and builder models.
This year, guests will be able tour models in The Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club, Country Club East, The Lake Club, Central Park, Greenbrook, Esplanade, and the newest community, Bridgewater.
The tour magazine is available at any Lakewood Ranch information center. Information centers are located at 6220 University Parkway and in Summerfield Park at 6310 Lakewood Ranch Boulevard.
The Lake Club has its own sales and information center, located just outside the community’s main gates.
Starting this Friday, the full tour of homes guide, including the map and builder floorplans, can be downloaded at www.lakewoodranch.com/tourofhomes, or can be picked up at any Lakewood Ranch information center.
