Florida Gov. Rick Scott made a campaign stop in Lakewood Ranch Wednesday, during a special fundraising luncheon held at Gold Coast Eagle Distributing.
Supporters enjoyed a meet-and-greet with Scott, before grabbing a bagged lunch and listening to Scott share about his upbringing and vision for creating job growth in Florida.
"I ran for governor because we are ruining our country," Scott said. "You can't have an anti-business attitute and say, 'I want better jobs for my children and grandchildren.'"
