Lakewood Ranch Commercial Realty has announced that it will be painting the exterior buildings of businesses on Main Street.
Part of routine maintenance, according to Julia DeCastro, Lakewood Ranch Commercial Realty director of leasing, the painting began April 1 and the process will take four to six months.
The process, which includes power washing and caulking of all the individual businesses, will happen in phases, starting at the front of the street by Polo Grill and working back to the end of Main Street.
Stores will be notified when their business will be painted.
