Tonight, supervisors of the Heritage Harbour South Community Development District (CDD) will determine which aspects of the community's gate house for which it's responsible.
Starting at 6 p.m. April 1, at the Stoneybrook Golf Club, the CDD will discuss at length whether the Stoneybrook homeowner's association or the CDD maintains responsibility for the gate house, and to what extent.
Other topics to be discussed include: pond bank projects; arbitrage services proposal; staff reports from the district's counsel, engineer and manager; golf course and community updates.
