Following four days of competition, students from Braden River High School's Technology Student Association ended their spring break by coming home with a new title — state champions.
The 24-member team, which competed in 33 events, broke all Florida TSA state records and secured 35 trophies, adviser Gil Burlew said.
Additionally, they earned another state record: Eighteen of the 35 trophies represented first-place finishes.
The students now will head to the national TSA competition June 28.
