Next week students across the East County will say good-bye to their teachers and textbooks and head off on Spring Break. The East County Observer caught up with Carolyn Winget’s third-grade class at McNeal Elementary School to see what their plans are for Spring Break.

What are you doing for Spring Break?
“I’m going to Sea World for two nights with some friends.”

“I’m going to Charlotte where I moved from to visit my aunt and uncle, cousins and grandmother and grandfather.”

“I’m going to my Bowser Hauling baseball games and I’ll probably go to my friend’s house.”

“I’m going over where my family lives in Colombia to visit my family that lives there: my grandparents, aunt and cousins. I’m also going to visit my friends and go to the beach.”
Jada Buckley, 9
“I’m going to stay home actually and my best friend Sophia who I haven’t seen in a really long time is coming to visit me. We might go to Disney World with each other.”
