Manatee County Commission to address transit branding

The Manatee County Board of County Commissioners will consider Manatee County Area Transit branding, items related to the Fort Hamer Park rowing facility and an addition to Rosedale as part of its public hearing Tuesday.
The meeting starts at 9 a.m. Jan. 29, in the commission chambers, 1112 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton.

Dancing group to host fundraiser

Members of KC and the Sunshine Dancers, a group of Manatee County dancers ages 8 to 20, will show off their dancing skills in jazz, hip-hop and contemporary dance from 7 to 9 p.m. May 28, as the group holds a show titled "Breaking Ground."
