Air Force veteran Michael Burkenfield was among the featured speakers at this year's celebration. -
The Lakewood Ranch High School JROTC presented the colors. -
Marine Corps League's Walter Blomeley was among the veterans who attended this year's celebration. -
Namisha Lakhwani performed with the school orchestra. -
Charles Arnoldi served with the Navy in World War II and the Korean War. -
Lakewood Ranch High School JROTC instructor retired Lt. Col. Bob Lewis raised the flag at the beginning of the ceremony. -
Korean War veteran Joe Manna was part of the opening ceremonies. -
Florida State Rep. Ron Reagan spoke at this year's celebration. -
Itzia Santamaria performed the national anthem with the school band. -
Following the program, the veterans enjoyed a special breakfast.
