Junior League taps into Beertopia fundraiser

Richard and Patricia Landsberg came out for the second year in a row. -
Mallery Langford and Lauren Blenker enjoyed socializing. -
Junior League member Liz Murphy was joined by her husband Eddie and fellow League member Kim Murawski. -
Sherman and Marilyn Patton loved the variety the evening offered. -
Gus Stokes of Demetrio's Pizza House dished out chicken and sausages. -
The event also featured live entertainment.

Dancing group to host fundraiser

Members of KC and the Sunshine Dancers, a group of Manatee County dancers ages 8 to 20, will show off their dancing skills in jazz, hip-hop and contemporary dance from 7 to 9 p.m. May 28, as the group holds a show titled "Breaking Ground."
