Store security observed the defendant selecting a gallon of Hawaiian Punch and a bag of Jolly Rancher candy. The defendant then exited the grocery department and proceeded to the front exits.

The victim reported that his Xbox 360 and five video games were stolen. He suspected his friend was responsible. When he went to the suspect's home, he recovered the items from the residence. While inside, he saw other items he believed were stolen.

An unknown suspect reportedly pulled the vehicle up to the north entrance gate while the wooden gate arm was down. An unknown white male suspect exited the passenger side and pushed the gate arm forward, breaking it. The suspects fled the vehicle southbound inside GreyHawk Landing.

While the defendant was in the cosmetics department, he selected two packages of cologne. He then placed the merchandise inside his shirt and concealed the merchandise under both of his armpits.

The complainant reported the female suspect and an unknown white male came in and ordered $77.98 in food and drinks. The suspect and the unknown male received their drinks and appetizers. About an hour later, the suspect and the unknown male left the restaurant without paying the bill — but left behind a driver license.

The victim stated she was in the process of leaving the store when the security devices in her new phones were activated by the store's security system. The incident caused the victim to briefly hold up the line, which apparently upset the suspect.

Dancing group to host fundraiser
