The complainant noticed a large garbage can was out of place and up against the security fence to the resident community pool. After reviewing the surveillance video, a white male suspect was observed moving the garbage can and using it to climb over the fence.

The victim had employed the suspect for the past 16 months as a vet tech for the clinic. During that time, the suspect was responsible for maintaining and ordering the medication for the animals. The suspect's performance became poor, and he seemed to be under the influence of drugs while at work.

The suspect(s) entered the liquor store section of the grocery store and selected a bottle of vodka. The suspect(s) rendered a $100 bill as payment. The inexperienced clerk utilized the counterfeit detection pen on the bill, and it did not react to the counterfeit bill.

The victim stated she received a call from an individual who told her that the electricity at her preschool would be turned off if a delinquent payment in the amount of $229.13 was not paid. The victim wanted to make sure the power wasn't turned off, so she made the payment over the phone using her check card.
