An unknown white male in his 50s or 60s approached the victim while she was shopping at the grocery store. The suspect distracted her by telling her he was throwing a party and didn't know what kind of cheese to buy.

The complainant reported she found several items of paraphernalia used for smoking marijuana in the residence. She suspected the items belonged to her brother, so she looked through his wallet while he was sleeping and found some green substance that appeared to be one gram of marijuana.

Members of KC and the Sunshine Dancers, a group of Manatee County dancers ages 8 to 20, will show off their dancing skills in jazz, hip-hop and contemporary dance from 7 to 9 p.m. May 28, as the group holds a show titled "Breaking Ground."
