2 a.m. — 2400 block of 53rd Avenue E. Juvenile Disturbance. While responding to a noise complaint, deputies found several teens drinking from beer cans and plastic Solo-style cups. The property’s owner told a deputy that he has a meeting with the county to discuss how deputies violate his rights and how he spends at least two hours on his computer each day researching laws. Deputies photographed beer cans and a large bonfire at the scene and also pulled over five partygoers to ensure they were sober enough to drive.

Deputies found a white SUV stuck in the ditch outside a country club entrance with a piece of lattice fencing and mailbox post around it, along with three occupants who appeared intoxicated. The driver admitted to taking the fencing piece and removing the mailbox in an effort to get the vehicle out of the ditch. The mailbox owner agreed not to prosecute if the mailbox is repaired.

The man agreed to leave the house for the night.
