When Nick and Sara Ferguson moved in October 2011 into their Siesta Key home, their house had undergone quite a transformation — both inside and out. Nick, a general contractor, gutted the home and remodeled it for an updated feel.
“The home was built in 1971 and nothing had been changed,” he says.
His wife was in charge of furnishing the home.
“I wanted it to feel airy and fresh,” says Sara.
She envisioned lots of white throughout the home, with accents of turquoise, yellow and gray.
