Area middle and high school dance teams will show off their best moves during a special showcase event tonight.
The second annual “Yes We Can ... DANCE!” showcase will be held at 7:30 p.m., March 19, at the State College of Florida’s Neel Auditorium.
This non-competitive event will showcase several Manatee school dance teams, including the Lakewood Ranch High Silver Stars and the Braden River High Black Pearls.
Tickets will be pre-sold at each school for $5 each and remaining tickets will be sold for $8 at the door. Proceeds benefit each individual school.
Last year’s sold-out event was held at Braden River High School.
