Q : How do I order pictures on YourObserver.com?
A : As soon as your register as a YourOberver user, you are able to order prints from the various photo galleries. The site lets you easily select various images as well as their sizes and formats. Once you select your prints, you will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information – all of which is secure through SSL protection. Next, you will be directed to review your shipping and billing information for accuracy. Finally, you will enter your credit card information and your order will be complete. Professional quality photos will arrive at your home or business in just a few days.

Q: What is the print quality like?
A : YourObserver.com produces high-resolution, professional photos that capture your memories in time. Your prints are produced with the latest photo printing technologies – utilizing Epson UltraChrome K3 inks. The Epson K3 series offers superior scratch resistance and color stability for high-end professional photo printing. And Epson's all new 8-color ink set incorporates a new color pigment technology for stunning photographs. To complement the high-technology Epson K3 series, My Pixel Print uses premium photographic paper with an archival rating of 100 plus years.

Q: How many pictures can I order?
A: Each picture has a drop down selection bar that lets you order up to 20 pictures. Should you need more than 20 prints of a particular print, please email your order to the ObserverGroup@MyPixelPrint.com

Please include the following information:
1.) The name of the gallery the picture is in
2.) The names of the individuals in the picture
3.) The number of pictures you would like to order
4.) Your contact information

Q: How quickly will I receive my pictures?
A: Your pictures will arrive between five to seven days after you order is placed.

Q : Are the pictures copyrighted?
A : Yes, all of the pictures are copyrighted by The Observer Group.

Q : Can I order a picture by phone?
A : In order to ensure rapid delivery of your prints, you must order your images online.

Q : What steps have you taken to ensure online payment security?
A : Sensitive information is encrypted and is protected with a 128-bit secure sockets layer (SSL), the best encryption software in the industry.

Q : What is your privacy policy?
A : My Pixel Print only uses your contact information for billing and ordering purposes and does not disseminate this information for any purpose.

Q : I forgot my password, what should I do?
A: If you forget your password, please click on the forgot my password link at the login prompt.

Q : What should I do if my prints are damaged during shipping?
A : We carefully package each shipment so that items arrive securely. Yet, we understand that it is still possible for items to be damaged during shipping. Should any items arrive damaged, please contact us at ObserverGroup@MyPixelPrint.com and we will be happily replace your prints.

Q: If I am unhappy with my prints, may I return them for a reprint or refund?
A: Yes. Defective products can be returned at:
