Dreaming of ? Debutantes

The Sarasota Municipal Auditorium was blanketed with a white Christmas-like snowfall of white tulle, lace and satin on Saturday, Dec. 16, for the 25th annual Debutante Ball. Twenty-three young ladies from Manatee and Sarasota counties were formally introduced at this year?s ball, which benefits the Florida West Coast Symphony?s Youth Orchestra. Chaired by Robin Serbin, this year?s ball boasted the most debutantes ever in honor of its 25th year.
The following high-school seniors donned white gowns, gloves and pearls for their introduction into society: Erin Clare Berg, Adelaide Judson Boedecker, Courtney Elizabeth Choate, Paige Sanders Cornetet, Victoria Jeanne Dumbaugh, Alison Frances Fraraccio, Katalin Alexandra Gera, Elizabeth Deane Hamlet, Taylor Christina Hausberg, Jennifer Anne Hepp, Elizabeth Margaret Lindsay, Rosemarie Marchese, Shannon Marie McGrath, Sofia Margarita Montalvo, Diane Sanders Moore, Lindsey Landers Niedenfuer, Kathryn Elizabeth Novak, Jenna Corrin Rocklein, Kathryn Campbell Saba, Christina Marie Samale, Emily Murriel Valek, Allison Paige Weinkle and Michelle Kathrynn Wilson.
