Reception for the Artists and Third Friday Towles Court Artwalk Friday October 16th, 2009 6 – 10 pm Katharine Butler Gallery kicks off the 2009-2010 season full of amazing exhibitions, lectures, and demonstrations with a group show of this season's gallery artists.  We are proud to announce the addition of new gallery artists Jason Bourgholtzer of St. Petersburg, FL (Glass), John Busby of Trinity, FL (Photography), Gerlinde Hafner of Rotonda West, FL (Acrylic), Martha Kelly of Memphis, TN (Oil), Donald Murphy of Bradenton, FL (Oil), and Carolyn Ritter of Bradenton, FL (Acrylic). We are excited to have returning as our veteran gallery artists Charlie Barmonde (Pottery), Howard Cowdrick (Mixed Media), Ruth Dwyer (Oil), Sonja Fraser (Jewelry), Ruth Höök Colby (Pastel), Joan Lyon (Mixed Media), Ronn Mattia (Galvanized Steel & Glass Sculpture), Elizabeth St. Hilaire Nelson (Collage), L. Susan Stark (Dupioni & Organza Silk/Fabric), David Zapata (Photography), and of course Katharine Butler (Etching, Mixed Media and Acrylic). This exhibition will display artwork from all of the artists represented by the Katharine Butler Gallery this season.
