The Sarasota Orchestra Association will present it first Symphony of Kitchens, a two-day tour of eight beautiful kitchens in the Sarasota area, Feb. 15 to 16. The diverse array of kitchens will be open for visitors each day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with celebrity chefs appearing daily in selected kitchens. The tour includes the Lido Key kitchen of Carolyn Michel and Howard Millman and the new outdoor kitchen of Terri Vitale in Lakewood Ranch. Tommy Klauber, owner of the Polo Grill and Bar, Pattigeorge’s and Fete Catering, will demonstrate one of his favorite dishes in the gourmet kitchen of a University Park home. Ted Ryan, from the Coca Cola Archives in Atlanta, will share some fun recipes using Coke in another Lakewood Ranch home. Tickets for groups of 20 or more are available for $20 each and can be reserved by contacting annescott8166@gmail.com or 941-330-6429. Group members do not have to visit at the same time.
