Holidays around the Ranch will take place form 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, on Lakewood Main Street. The festivities will include Santa Claus, the Harvest Methodist Church Choir, a Christmas-tree lighting, an acrylic outdoor staking rink, crafts, vendors and the chance to make a DVD with Dance Heads Florida. The East County Observer will be offering sugar cookie decorating, and the popular choo choo express will whirl children around the lit tree.
