In honor of Jewish Library Month, the Sisterhood of Temple Beth Sholom and the Idelson Library will present a discussion of The Dovekeepers, by Alice Hoffman. Arlene Hamburger of Temple Beth Sholom will review and lead a discussion on this ambitious and mesmerizing novel. Set in ancient Israel, this is a story of strong, intelligent women wedded to destiny by love and sacrifice. This event is free of charge and open to the public. Dessert and coffee will be served.
