Bronze Metal Clay Bead Making with Colleen White Jewelry Making Class, All Levels Fridays, Feb 22 – Mar 29, 2013; 1pm-4pm $150m/$180nm; Artist Demo: Feb 16, 1-4pm free Whether you are experienced or a “newbie” to metal clay, you can create beautiful beads in bronze. Starting with a simple two sided lentil bead, you’ll create tube, spiral, three sided wedge, cube and six sided pillow beads in golden bronze. Class includes how to set stones, adding color to your beads, and finishing techniques. New metal clay students will have a materials fee of $45.which includes basic tool kit, 100 grams of bronze metal clay, use of instructor’s tools and firing of completed pieces. Returning metal clay students should bring their tool kits and at least 100 grams of metal clay, and a fee of $15.00 to cover firings, use of instructor’s tools and supplies.
