Winterfest organizers release final lineup

Winterfest, the family-friendly event featuring games and activities, has a bigger item on its agenda.

The annual festivity also celebrates music, with a lineup event organizers released Feb. 4 consisting of: Gary Sinise adn the Lt. Dan Band; Kansa; the Atlanta Rhythm Section; Rick Derringer; Jeff Cook and the Allstar Goodtime Band; Marty Balin; Ty Herndon; Billy Dean; Les Sabler; Bertie Higgins and Hotel California.

The day-long activity runs from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m March 29, at the Premier Sports Campus at Lakewood Ranch. Gates open at 8 a.m., however, for those anxious to get their spots. 

General admission is $25 in advance and $40 at the door, cash payments only.
