The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 24 and June 28.
A condominium in The Water Club I at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Miriam Smith, trustee, of Gilford, N.H., sold the Unit 201 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph and Rachael Schwarz, of Longboat Key, for $3 million. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, six baths and 5,225 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,925,000 in 1998.

Country Club Shores
William and Cynthia Bruckmann sold their home at 631 Ranger Lane to Manuel and Anne Spindel, of Longboat Key, for $1.79 million. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.85 million in 2002.

Longboat Key Towers
Michael Sundermeyer and Mary Talarico, of Washington, D.C., sold their Unit N-1104 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to Elliott Hilsinger, trustee, of Cincinnati, for $975,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2003.

Sea Gate Club
Private Equity Solutions LLC sold the Unit 8-A condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charles Thomson and Sara Fields, of Sarasota, for $712,500. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2012.

Sleepy Lagoon
Matthew and Angela Bovenzi, of Fitchburg, Mass., sold their home at 6568 Gulfside Road to Advanta IRA Services and Walter and Rebecca Parrish, of Longboat Key, for $485,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,360 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2006.

Winding Oaks
David Young, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit 35 condominium at 3466 Winding Oaks Drive to Ann Syring, of West Palm Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 1991.

The Castillian
Ronald and Tamara Harden, of Villa Hills, Ky., sold their Unit 203 condominium at 4525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark and Laura Pacelli, of Longboat Key, for $403,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,340 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2012.

Harbour Villa Club at the Buccaneer
Jeffrey and Judith Graff and Rudolph and Lois Lucek, of Whitehouse Station, N.J., sold their Unit 212 condominium at 615 Dream Island Road to Patrick and Barbara Thompson, of Omaha, Neb., for $327,500. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2003.

LIDO KEY
Orchid Beach Club Residences

John Warren and Karen Warren, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit A701 condominium at 2050 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James and Stacy Musel, of Maple Plain, Minn., for $1,625,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,485,000 in 2005.

L’Elegance on Lido Beach
Frieda Abrams, trustee, and Jerry Abrams, of Verona, N.J., sold the Unit B-310 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to John Love and Colleen Conley, of Evanston, Ill., for $1.1 million. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 1996.

Lido Regency
Eugene and Lois Kuta, of Massapequa, N.Y., sold their Unit 7-B condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Bruce and Shelly Armstrong, of Ontario, Canada, for $305,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,059 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $92,400 in 1980.

BIRD KEY
John Basile, trustee, and Gloria Basile, of West Orange, N.J., sold the home at 488 Meadow Lark Drive to James and Martha Chadwick, of Sarasota, for $1,387,500. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,970 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 1989.
