The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 7 and Sept 11.

A condominium in The Water Club at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Renee Ackley, trustee, of Hamilton, Ind., sold the Unit 705 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Carlos and Martha Abello, of Sugar Land, Texas, for $1,735,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,667 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $815,000 in 1999.

Country Club Shores

Marcel Lignon and Fabienne Le Gall, of Flamans, of St. Barthelemy, sold their home at 561 Spinnaker Lane to Bernard and Rosalie Guillem, of Longboat Key, for $1.3 million. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,558 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.4 million in 2014.

Laurene Patton, trustee, and Archie Patton, of Bloomfield, Mich., sold the home at 611 Ranger Lane to Timothy and Jorie Riesen, of Sarasota, for $700,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,983 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 1999.

Islands West

Joan Sclafani, of Staten Island, N.Y., sold the Unit 11-F condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kristi Shaw, trustee, of Stamford, Conn., for $900,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,460 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 1985.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club

Harry Lipstein, of Newburgh, N.Y., sold the Unit 1002 condominium at 2117 Harbourside Drive to James and Luann Powers, of Carmel, Ind., for $640,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,448 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2005.

The Promenade

Jeffrey Bosse, of Evansville, Ind., sold the Unit 103 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Raymond and Frances MacDonald, of Longboat Key, for $565,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2010.

Sunset Beach on Longboat Key

Michael and Diana Lazarus sold their Unit 2101 condominium at 2101 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark and Laurie Eissler, of Northville, Mich., for $500,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $292,500 in 1999.

Diane Martin-Gaillet, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 12-A condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Thomas and Amy Ziegenfuss, of Arlington Heights, Ill., for $650,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1994.

Lido Towers

Beate Creutzburg, of Bottighofen, Switzerland, sold the Unit 402 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Sharon Lee and Philip Lebowitz, of Swarthmore, Pa., for $380,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $143,000 in 1995.
