Phillip and Nicolette May, of Western Springs, Ill., sold their Unit 306 condominium at 1465 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jerry Canada Jr. and Elizabeth Canada, trustees, of Niagara Falls, N.Y., for $920,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,815 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2004.

Sea Gate Club

Ann Gerdes, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 7-B condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark and Jane Phillips, of Lakeland, for $730,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $697,000 in 2008.

Catherine Pasternak sold her Unit 1-D condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sea Gate Club Condominium Association Inc. for $420,000. Built in 1973, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,046 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1997.

George and Nanci Reenstra, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 802 condominium at 1050 Longboat Club Road to Edward and Tara Gilvar, of Far Hills, N.J., for $700,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $537,000 in 2014.

Longboat Key Towers

Maureen O’Brien, Susan O’Brien, Kevin O’Brien, Kathleen O’Brien Cirillo, Gerald O’Brien, Michael O’Brien and Constance O’Brien, of Doylestown, Pa., sold their Unit S-601 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to ROB-9 LLC for $628,600. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,420 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 1988.

Beachplace

Diana Wagner, trustee, and James Wagner, of The Villages, sold the Unit 402 condominium at 1085 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Linda and Kenneth Mack, of Longboat Key, for $575,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 2001.

Longboat Shores

Dennis and Melanie Montero, of Lake Worth, sold their home at 616 Buttonwood Drive to Luk Chiu Li and Jane Huey-Jiuan Li, trustees, of Lake Forest, Ill., for $560,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,148 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $36,500 in 1972. 

Longbeach Village

James Reynolds, trustee, of Brookhaven, Ga., sold the home at 601 Jackson Way to Barry and Dia Wilson and Walter and Rebecca Parrish, of Longboat Key, for $469,200. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,788 square feet of living area. 

Mortgage Equity Conversion Asset Trust 211-1 sold the home at 660 Fox St. to James Springer Jr., of Longboat Key, for $331,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,518 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $16,500 in 1969. 

Sands Point

Matt Medvesky, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 224 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to Steven and Kori Wilson, of Grand Rapids, Mich., for $434,500. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,941 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $117,000 in 1979.

Longboat Harbour

Russell and Ruth Young, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 102 condominium at 4340 Falmouth Drive to Raymond Lawson III, of Knoxville, Tenn., for $276,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2005.

Beach Harbor Club

John Richard, trustee, of Palos Heights, Ill., sold the Unit E-101 condominium at 3806 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kevin and Joan Gill, of Longboat Key, for $269,500. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,085 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2004.

Fairway Bay

James and Deborah McKinlay, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., sold their Unit 141 condominium at 1930 Harbourside Drive to Burton and Eleanor Jaffe, of Boston, for $505,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $432,500 in 2009.

Frederick and Janet Leonberger, of Sarasota, sold their home at 454 Meadow Lark Drive to Kenneth and Kathleen Moscone, of Sarasota, for $1,554,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,328 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.85 million in 2005.

John Ringling Estates

Mary Sims, of Sarasota, sold her home at 331 N. Washington Drive to Brian and Jill Booth, of Sarasota, for $995,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,731 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2015.

Jill Adams, of Chicago, sold her home at 156 N. Blvd. of the Presidents to LIDO 651 LLC for $775,000. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $462,000 in 2004.

Lido Harbour South

Edward Roche, of Wayland, Mass., sold the Unit 107 condominium at 2110 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Deborah Nizer, of Fort Myers, for $500,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2015.

Esther Mitteldorf and Bonnie Golino, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 102 condominium at 2110 Benjamin Franklin Drive to JVMC Holdings LLC for $420,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $446,000 in 2004.

The Riviera of Lido Beach

Kathy Lynch, of Kansas City, Mo., sold her Unit 1-B condominium at 131 Garfield Drive to Andrew Gunkler and Alice Weixler, of Prospect, Ky., for $390,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2014.

Embassy Villas

John and Brigitte Wos, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 11 condominium at 800 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Fay Lazaris, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, for $370,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,090 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $95,500 in 1991.

St. Armands Towers

Peter and Karen Thomas, of Wyomissing, Pa., sold their Unit 26 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to John and Brenda Steel, of Riverview, for $623,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2004.
