The Urban Land Institute Implementation Advisory Committee has been formed and its first meeting is set for 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26 at Town Hall.

The committee includes Mayor Jim Brown, Planning and Zoning Board Chairwoman B.J. Bishop, Tom Freiwald, Larry Grossman, Roger Leibin, David Novak and Jered Whitehead.

The committee will review an overview of ULI recommendations, a status report on the recommendations and an organizational structure for the committee moving forward at the initial meeting. A discussion will also be held regarding the committee’s mission and task schedule moving forward.

Freiwald and other committee members have been pushing to move forward with meetings quickly.
In a Nov. 19 email to Town Clerk Trish Granger, Freiwald said it’s important to set goals and move the ULI process along.

Freiwald also suggests the committee present ideas and make recommendations to implement at least three suggestions made by ULI within 60 days.
