Two-bedroom Casey Key home sells for $1,175,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 9 and July 13. A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Bradbury, of Bradenton, sold his home at 1214 Casey Key Road to J. Dale and Jean Ragone, of Osprey, for $1,175,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in March.

SARASOTA
Hartsdale
Larry Wilson, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1842 Morris St. to William and Michelle Wright, of Sarasota, for $940,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,432 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 2007.

Eagles Point at the Landings
Roger and Marilyn Rowen, trustees, of Woodbury, Minn., sold the Unit 303 condominium at 5440 Eagles Point Circle to William and Vivienne Lambrecht, of Sarasota, for $875,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,943 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 2005.

Rivo at Ringling
Melvyn Srybnik and Kathleen Gurney, of Sarasota, sold their Unit PH107 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Paul Di Placido and William Johnson Jr., of Sarasota, for $650,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,805 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2008.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1106 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Carol Sharp, of Sarasota, for $638,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,500 in 2000.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 605 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Billie Price, of Sarasota, for $585,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2006.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1012 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Joan Halpern, of Sarasota, for $435,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one bath and 984 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2000.

Moller
Brett and Kathleen Benger sold their home at 1602 Bay Road to Kenneth and Kathleen Richmond, of Sarasota, for $575,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,784 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $467,500 in 2011.

Phillippi Landings
Mark and Barbara Edwards, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 601 condominium at 5591 Cannes Circle to Thomas Wilson III, trustee, of Milwaukee, for $349,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $701,000 in 2006.

Oyster Bay Estates
Cynthia Calvert, trustee, of Palmetto, sold the home at 1621 Field Road to Michael and Melinda Voigt, of Sarasota, for $289,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,155 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,500 in 2001.

Alinari
Wells Fargo Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 201 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Bradford Baker, trustee, of Venice, for $285,300. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,920 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $496,300 in 2011.

Broadway Promenade
Kimberley Marrs, trustee, sold the Unit 1614 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to Nancy Girgis, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,459 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2009.

Roland and Jane Kesler, of Westerville, Ohio, sold their home at 5784 Wilena Place to Ann Gundersheimer, of Philadelphia, for $389,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,201 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $352,100 in 2004.

Lance Cassell sold his home at 7600 Andora Drive to Meredith Chase, of Sarasota, for $230,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,845 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $244,800 in 2004.

Villa D’Este
Michael and Norma Martin sold their home at 7250 Villa D’Este Drive to Donald and Cynthia Goodrich, of Geneva, Ill., for $350,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,011 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $369,000 in 2004.

Country Club of Sarasota
Carol Trigg sold the home at 3792 Torrey Pines Way to Wachovia Bank, trustee, for $270,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,245 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $237,000 in 1989.

Marbella
Alexander and Linda Turner, of Paphos, Cypress, sold their home at 6749 Paseo Castille to William Bickley and Georgene Macy, of Sarasota, for $222,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,675 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $237,000 in 2008.

OSPREY
Oaks II
Barbara Boone, trustee, and James Boone, of Osprey, sold the home at 61 Fairway Oaks Lane to Robert and Sarah Theis, of Osprey, for $735,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,320 square feet of living area.

Meridian I at the Oaks Preserve
Feldbaum Family Partnership Ltd. sold the Unit 803 condominium at 385 N. Point Road to Robert Keller, trustee, of Osprey, for $650,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,778 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2000.

Sorrento Shores
William and Susan Eckler, of Osprey, sold their home at 504 S. Shore Drive to Paranzino Enterprises Ltd. for $335,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,098 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2005.

NOKOMIS
Sorrento East
Thomas and Vivian Pollack, of Sarasota, sold their home at 411 Giovanni Drive to Kevin Schatzberg and Amber Kelley, of Nokomis, for $245,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,878 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,000 in 2003.
