+ Turtle Watchers come out of their shells
Turtle-nesting season is still a couple weeks away, but, already, Turtle Watchers are coming out of their shells. Longboat Key Turtle Watch members volunteered Saturday, April 16, for Adopt-a-Shore on the Manatee County portion of Longboat Key’s beaches. The group also presented Anna Maria Elementary School students Anni and Tori Walter with scholarships to attend a week of Mote Marine summer camp.
