The Sarasota paparazzi were out and about over the weekend and seen scoping out Trader Vic’s Island Grill at its VIP party — even SNN 6 meteorologist and Sarasota’s favorite You Tuber Justin Mosely was spotted darting around the restaurant shaking hands with co-owners Mike and Bill Kodra.

Trader Vic’s held its grand opening Monday, Jan. 18. Whatever you do, don’t skip the fried pineapple dessert.
