The town of Longboat Key and its various departments will be closed today, Monday, Feb. 21, in observance of the Presidents Day holiday. All departments will re-open at 9 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 2.
The town of Longboat Key’s garbage, yard waste and recycling schedule is not affected as a result of the holiday.
