The following residential real-estate transactions took place between July 29 and Aug. 2.

A condominium in Tower Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. William Matthies and Mary Forte, of Philadelphia, sold their Unit 802 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Michael and Eileen Normile, of Sarasota, for $2,062,500. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.75 million in 2003.

SARASOTA
Cherokee Park

William and Laura Rees sold their home at 1708 Cherokee Drive to Gregory and Lara Yull, of Sarasota, for $1.85 million. Built in 1940, it has six bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,497 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $522,000 in 1999.

Cloisters at the Landings
James and Sara Bagley, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1435 Cedar Bay Lane to Robert and Elizabeth Kueppers, of Weston, Conn., for $1,512,500. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,318 square feet of living area.

San Remo Estates
Richard and Penelope Mutter, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3741 Tangier Terrace to Andrew and Elizabeth Ford, of Sarasota, for $1,502,500. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 5,879 square feet of living area.

Majestic Bay
A. Louis Parker and Alita Webb sold their Unit 401 condominium at 258 Golden Gate Point to Vinaya and Vijaya Gavini, of Plymouth, Mich., for $1.4 million. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.85 million in 2006.

Coral Cove
David and Michelle Balot, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7351 Periwinkle Drive to Kirk Jobe, of St. Petersburg, for $1.29 million. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,512 square feet of living area.

Bay View Heights
Gregory and Lara Yull, of Sarasota, sold two homes at 1718 Bayview Drive to John and Leslie Korff, of Sarasota, for $1,175,000. Both were built in 1938. The first has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,636 square feet of living area. The second has one bed, one bath and 924 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $825,000 in 2002.

Buccaneer Bay
JPMorgan Chase Bank sold the home at 7350 Captain Kidd Ave. to Full Throttle Properties LLC for $1 million. Built in 1958, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,685 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.15 million in 2004.

Rivo at Ringling
The Rivo at Ringling LLC sold the Unit PH203 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Steven and Isabella Lehrer, of Redwood City, Calif., for $762,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,296 square feet of living area.

The Landings
F. Joseph and Elizabeth Wheeler, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4848 N. Peregrine Point Circle to Allan Warren and Wendy Burgess, of Ontario, Canada, for $648,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 1996.

Bay View Acres
SRQ Invest LLC sold the home at 6701 Ave. B to A. Ingemar and Janet Persson, of Sarasota, for $530,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,283 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $319,000 in 2012.

Morton Terrace
Bowman McLaughlin Jr., trustee, and Adrienne McLaughlin, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1662 Prospect St. to Thomas and Rosemarie Harmer, of Sarasota, for $460,800. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 1,696 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 1988.

Condominium on the Bay
Edgar Faroh, trustee, of Weston, sold the Unit 214 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Michael Burger Trust LLC for $440,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $253,000 in 1999.

Landings Treehouse
Clifford and Pamela Truitt, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 59 condominium at 1423 Landings Place to David Rovine, of Sarasota, for $436,500. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,912 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $216,900 in 2001.

John Dumbaugh, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 57 condominium at 1431 Landings Place to Robert King Jr., of Apple Valley, Minn., for $340,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,912 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 2007.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 803 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Jean Henderson, of Sarasota, for $420,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,161 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2002.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 403 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Frederic Hawkins, of Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,161 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2003.

South Gate
Dag Zachariasen and Alana Marmo, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3629 Jaffa Drive to Julien Vehent and Bogdana Burlacu, of Sarasota, for $335,500. Built in 1960, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,886 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $121,000 in 1996.

James Von Hubertz and Kim Tilles sold their Unit 2 condominium at 1990 Main St. to Richard and Jacqueline Garden, of Sarasota, for $312,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,453 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2007.

George Nikias and Andrea Pollatos, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8848 Havenridge Drive to Federal National Mortgage Association for $311,600. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2006.

Gulf Gate Woods
Conrad Johnson III, trustee, of New York, sold the home at 2530 Cardwell Way to Charles and Vicki Anoff, of Sarasota, for $280,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,454 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,000 in 1994.

Gavin Pruen sold the home at 7408 Dickens Drive to Ricki and Wilma Love, of Sarasota, for $223,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,518 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2009.

Forest Lakes Country Club Estates
Central City Plaza Inc. sold the home at 2105 Tanglewood Drive to Jeffrey and Angela Gusto, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1978, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $288,800 in 2003.

Hudson Oaks
William Elliott IV and Sarah Cartwright, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 15 condominium at 1740 Alderman St. to Timothy Fountaine, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $158,500 in 2001.

Palm Lakes
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 6124 Olive Ave. to Patrick Dany and Loretta Lockhart, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1960, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,023 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1998.

Lords Drive
Bruce and Janet Scott, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 4420 Lords Drive to Christopher and Kimberly Leclair, of Sarasota, for $212,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,178 square feet of living area.

Broadway Promenade
Michael Johnson, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 1305 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to Steven Wertheimer, of Sarasota, for $210,800. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $394,100 in 2007.

Leo and Patricia Marshall sold their Units 152 and 153 condominiums at 5400 Ocean Blvd. to Serge Pizem, of Paris, for $857,500 each, totaling $1,715,000. Both were built in 1970, and have two bedrooms, two baths and 1,187 square feet of living area. Unit 152 previously sold for $280,000 in 1993 and unit 153 previously sold for $212,000 in 1990.

Revised Siesta
Wayne and Betty Johnson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4044 Roberts Point Road to Mark and Lisa McDevitt, of Bradenton, for $1,637,500. Built in 1951, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,231,800 in 2001.

Siesta Properties
Pauline Curry sold her home at 8445 Sanderling Road to Todd Bavol-Montgomery and Sean Bavol-Montgomery, of Wilmington, Del., for $1.6 million. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,128 square feet of living area.

Boca Siesta
Erin Schwartz, of Maineville, Ohio, sold her Unit 1 condominium at 5919 Midnight Pass Road to Kathleen Dunn, trustee, of Huntersville, N.C., for $1.47 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,833 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 2011.

Harmony
Gregory Anderson, of Sarasota, sold his home at 331 Treasure Boat Way to Matthew and Lorraine Coffey, of Sarasota, for $850,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,038 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 1993.

Royal Palm Harbor
Terrence Mulhall, Elizabeth Slazas and Margaret Sanders, of Yorkville, Ill., sold their home at 1259 Southport Drive to NSF Development LLC for $750,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,960 square feet of living area.

Siesta Isles
LCM Development Ltd. sold the home at 5464 Azure Way to Evan and Michelle Brown, of Sarasota, for $695,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,057 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $206,300 in 1987.

Robert Gillespie and Constance Gillespie, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5447 Cape Leyte Drive to Daniel Najjar, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,348 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1980.

Palm Bay Club of Sarasota
Margaret Henkel, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit G-118 condominium at 5966 Midnight Pass Road to Joncar Holdings Inc. for $527,500. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 768 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2002.

Zelson Investments LP sold the Unit N-22 condominium at 5964 Midnight Pass Road to James and Zaida Suraci, of Ontario, Canada, for $390,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,043 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $172,500 in 1997.

Beach Way
Bernard and Joyce Dolan, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit L-3 condominium at 5600 Beach Way to Biagio and Rosa Gueli, of Arlington Heights, Ill., for $410,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,182 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 1999.

R. William Pearce, trustee, of Oakwood, Ga., sold the Unit Ph-6 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to Christopher and Pamela Moriarty, of Westfield, N.J., for $407,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1996.

Ronald and Sharon Erickson, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 2-B condominium at 9226 Midnight Pass Road to Mach 5 LLC for $305,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,223 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $85,000 in 1988.

Steven Maclver, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Unit 3-D condominium at 43 Sandy Cove Road to Beverly Bada, of Punta Gorda, for $280,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, one bath and 561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2005.

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club
Paul and C.M. Briggs sold their Unit 326 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Cory and Maria Leeper, of Ft. Wayne, Ind., for $270,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $151,500 in 1998.

Rosemary Galford sold her home at 909 Reflection Way to James and Karen Stillings, of Osprey, for $390,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,731 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2009.

Gail Schwartz, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1402 Landview Lane to ColFin AI-FL 2 LLC for $325,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,478 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2000.

NOKOMIS
Laurel Woodlands

Joyce Behnke, trustee, of Naples, sold the home at 1021 Aron Circle to Donna Martin and Andrea Adkins, of Nokomis, for $239,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,797 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $326,000 in 2005.
