Tiffany Plaza condo sells for $1,375,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 4 and April 8.

A condominium in Tiffany Plaza tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michelle Shoemaker and Ellyce Olson, trustees, sold the Unit 604 condominium at 4325 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Stephen Dull, of Greensboro, N.C., for $1,375,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,747 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1979.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Harry and Mary Winter, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 695 Marbury Lane to Joel Ross and Teresa Turner, of Sag Harbor, N.Y., for $630,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,530 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 1990.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Jonathan Epple, of Staten Island, N.Y., sold the Unit 727 condominium at 727 Bayport Way to Sanford and Joan Goldberg, of Longboat Key, for $540,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2003.

Seaplace
David Rzotkiewicz and Joseph Taylor, of Gibsonia, Pa., sold their Unit M1-515-G condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Anita Hudepohl, of Union, Ky., for $497,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,076 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2012.

Beachplace
Kerry and Pamela Leroux, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 104 condominium at 1065 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bonnie and Richard Berner, of Rye, N.Y., for $475,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2006.

Windward Bay
Charles and Patricia Voellinger, of St. Louis, sold their Unit PH1 condominium at 4500 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Barbara Fox and Ellis Toonkel, of Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., for $455,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $187,000 in 2000.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Janet Wojna, trustee, of Plymouth, Mich., sold the Unit 123 condominium at 538 Spanish Drive S. to Leigh Holt, of Satellite Beach, for $329,500. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,241 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $75,000 in 1994.

Michael and Cathy Landis, of Cutchogue, N.Y., sold their Unit 118 condominium at 578 Spanish Drive S. to Harry and Mary Winter, of Longboat Key, for $315,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2013.

McCall’s Beach Castle
Huntco Partners LP sold the Unit 26 condominium at 5310 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul and Carol Koenig, of Hinckley, Ill., for $300,000. Built in 1973, it has one bedroom, one bath and 711 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $344,700 in 2005.

Whitney Beach
Warren and Anne Roberts, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 197 condominium at 6800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Virginia Lipton, of Longboat Key, for $205,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2003.

Michael and Jacqueline Karp sold their home at 427 Wood Duck Drive to Marcia Seinfeld, trustee, of Dallas, for $720,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2005.

Lido Regency
David Hefford and Lynn Fergusson, of Guildford, United Kingdom, sold their Unit PH-G condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Ernest and Peter Kretzmer and Wendy Manto, of Sarasota, for $640,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2004.

White Sands of Lido
Constance Konsler, of Arvada, Colo., sold the Unit 1 condominium at 160 Harrison Drive to Alan Cresto, of Shelter Island, N.Y., for $395,000. Built in 1954, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 912 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $269,900 in 2002.

Lido Ambassador
John and Lucy Brackett, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 604 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michael Frenette and Jane Laboissonniere, of Sarasota, for $322,500. Built in 1978, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2014.

St. Armands Towers
James McDowell, trustee, and Jose Diz Gomez sold the Unit 85 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Noel Williams, trustee, of Nashville, Tenn., for $550,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 1998.

Kingston Arms
Joseph Klaja and Terri Freeman-Klaja, trustees, of McMurray, Pa., sold the Unit 1B condominium at 500 S. Washington Drive to Allie Kat LLC for $398,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,034 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2011.
