Three-bedroom Lido Key home sells for $1.43 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Feb. 4 and Feb. 8.

A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael and Andrika Brown, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1155 Center Place to Pavilion Works LLC for $1.43 million. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,978 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 1998.

L. Howard Payne, trustee, Paul Dean, William Dean, John Dean, Timothy Dean and Noreen Haggerty, of Pittsburgh, sold the Unit 208 condominium at 5481 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Semen and Irina Kharif, of Portland, Ore., for $600,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,516 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $418,000 in 1999.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club
Paul and Colleen Madden, trustees, sold the Unit 503 condominium at 2173 Harbourside Drive to Zane and Beverly Kaminsky, of Rockport, Maine, for $445,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $649,000 in 2005.

The Aquarius Club
Stanley and Francine Adelman, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 4-F condominium at 1701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Wendy Osmar, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $429,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,615 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $244,000 in 1992.

Warren Hansen, trustee, of Arlington Heights, Ill., sold the Unit 304 condominium at 4215 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Patrick and Patricia Hollis, of Hudson, Ohio, for $390,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,516 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $132,000 in 1988.
