Donald Snyder and Sandra Snyder, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3920 Red Rock Way to James Rutledge, trustee, of Sarasota, for $2.2 million. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,994 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,225,000 in 2002.

Peter Ros and Darleen Ros, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1729 Landings Way to Richard Bayles and Christine Palomaa, of Sarasota, for $737,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,660 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $632,000 in 2011.
Richard Bayles and Christine Palomaa sold their home at 4720 Pine Harrier Drive to Sandra Snyder, Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,829 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2002.
