Surprise! Celebrity pops in to open house

Sherri Mills had a surprise visitor to her open house in Country Club Shores on Sunday, March 19: entertainer Dick Smothers popped in to her listed property at 560 Chipping Lane.

"I texted my children, and they didn't even know who he was,'' said Mills,  a Realtor with Michael Saunders & Company.

Mills said Smothers, who starred with his brother Tom on the Smothers Brothers Comedy House in 1967, chatted with her about the local real estate market for about 30 minutes.

It was Mills' first celebrity sighting at an open house.
