Students head to Science Fair

Sarasota County student scientists were honored with prizes and cash awards Wednesday, April 11, at the School Board Auditorium.

Superintendent Lori White, along with district leaders and donors, honored 32 students from third through 12th grade, who were overall winners in 16 categories of research this year. Two students will go on to represent Sarasota County next month at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in Pittsburgh.
