Stabbing in Venice hospitalizes two

An altercation around 4 a.m. Sunday morning in Venice left two victims in critical condition.

Unidentified victims along with suspects Ronald DiCapua, 31, and Kyle DeSantis, 37, were involved in an argument which turned physical.

One of the suspects used a cutting weapon to slash and stab the victims, injuring both.

Victims were flown to Blake Trauma Center and the suspects have been taken into custody by the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office.

Criminal Investigations is investigating the incident.
