The women’s guild of St. Mary, Star of the Sea, Catholic Church hosted a baby shower Jan. 10 for the women of SOLVE Maternity Homes in Bradenton and Sarasota during their monthly meeting.
Peggy Kerwin, director of SOLVE, was the speaker.
Guild members brought gifts for the expectant mothers, and all enjoyed a dessert bar.
