St. Armands home sells for $2.1 million

A home on St. Armands tops all transactions for this week's real estate.

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 27 and July 31. A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Charles and Geraldine Topp sold their home at 431 S. Washington Drive to Timothy and Tina Watkins, of Sarasota, for $2.1 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,062 square feet of living area.

Conrad Beach
Triple J Eldred Realty LLC sold the home at 433 Firehouse Court to Craig and Julie Stacy, of Longboat Key, for $892,500. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,600 square feet of living area.

Grand Bay
Amy Kaslow, trustee, of Potomac, Md., sold the Unit 235 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Michael Gotthainer and Khaled Ibrahim, of Grans Saconnex, Switzerland, for $825,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 1996.

Irwin and Sandra Silverberg, trustees, sold the Unit 534 condominium at 3080 Grand Bay Blvd. to Richard Keck and Elise Fortin, of Seattle, for $642,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,329 square feet of living area.

Windward Bay
Brian and Deborah Foster, of Westhampton Beach, N.Y., sold their Unit PH-1 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Kathleen Colantano, of Lebanon, N.J., for $429,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2014.

Gulf Front
James Bilotta and Debbie Schaefer, trustees, of Encinitas, Calif., sold the Unit 201 condominium at 5201 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joshua Korth and Sarah Webb-Korth, of Mason, Ohio, for $370,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,296 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $261,000 in 1999.

Fairway Bay
Thomas Livingston, of Presto, Pa., sold his Unit 1404 condominium at 1928 Harbourside Drive to Juli Russell, trustee, of Green Cove Springs, for $350,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $162,000 in 1985.

McCall’s Beach Castle
B&H Investments LLC sold the Unit 16 condominium at 5310 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kim Christiansen, of Fort Lauderdale, for $317,500. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,014 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2008.

Longboat Pass
David and Audrey Valentine, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 2 condominium at 380 N. Shore Road to Timothy and Jennifer Clark, of Winter Park, for $265,000. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 727 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2003.

Longboat Harbour
William R. Colton, William M. Colton, John Hausmann and Frederick Hausmann Jr., trustees, sold the Unit 204 condominium at 4320 Falmouth Drive to Kenneth Harrigan and William Collins, of Goshen, N.Y., for $230,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 667 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,000 in 1988.

Lido Key
Lisa Schinnow sold her home at 1241 Center Place to Roger and Pamela Foulks, of Sarasota, for $789,000. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,226 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2000.

Lido Beach Club
Terigi Ciccone and Wei West, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 308 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Charles and Geraldine Topp, of Sarasota, for $560,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $599,000 in 2004.

Bird Key
Robert and Betty Norwine, trustees, of Sarasota, sold their home at 405 Pheasant Way to Jonathan Mitchell, trustee, of West Hollywood, Calif., for $640,000. Built in 1961, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,112 square feet of living area.
