SRQ adds United flight to support tourist season

The Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority has called in reinforcements for tourist season.

Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport will offer a second daily United Airlines flight to Chicago O'Hare International Airport from Feb. 13, through April 7, to support the influx of tourists.

The airport announced in August plans to double the number of flights on that route from Dec. 19, through Jan. 6.
