A Siesta Key home tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Pieter Vat and Irmina Owczarczyk, of Wroclaw, Poland, sold their home at 150 Givens St. to Alexander Rigopulos, of Belmont, Mass., for $2,890,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,558 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,150,000 in 2011.

SARASOTA: $2.1 million

The Tower Residences
Edward and Emily Pires, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 503 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to John Ferretti, of Erie, Pa., for $2.1 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,985 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,085,000 in 2014.

PALMER RANCH: $665,000

Turtle Rock
Noel and M. Brenda Moore sold their home at 8264 Deerbrook Circle to Fredric and Esther Jarrett, of Pittsburgh, for $665,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,467 square feet of living area.

OSPREY: $1.7 million 

Shumard Estates
Michael and Mary Feifarek, trustees, of Madison, Wis., sold two properties at 1120 N. Casey Key Road to 1120 N. Casey Key LLC for $1.7 million. The first was built in 1947, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,446 square feet of living area. The second was built in 1948, it has one bedroom, one bath and 588 square feet of living area.

The Sena Family Settlement Ltd. Partnership sold the home at 412 S. Casey Key Road to Louann Glaser, of Nokomis, for $1,190,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,983 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2014.

Jewell Emswiller sold the Unit 102 condominium at 99 Sunset Drive to Sandra Chororos, of Sarasota, for $820,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $228,000 in 1999.

Robert and Dawnette Stewart, trustees, sold the home at 2873 Pinecrest St. to Manuela Witts, of Sarasota, for $561,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $95,000 in 1994.
The Merchants Group Inc. sold the home at 2716 Sunnyside St. to EJP Sarasota Real Estate LLC for $245,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,200 in 2014.
Frank Trevisan, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2508 Valencia Drive to Landz Management & Consulting LLC for $220,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $126,000 in 2008.

Margaret Greenfield Van Sciver and Gregory Greenfield, trustees, of Marstons Mills, Mass., sold the Unit 101 condominium at 5440 Eagles Point Circle to John and Catherine Cranor, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2007.

Kathleen Mahoney, trustee, sold the Unit 208 condominium at 445 N. Orange Ave. to Alexander Lobrano, of Paris, France, for $432,000. Built in 2009, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,173 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,000 in 2010.

Don Graffam sold his Unit 302 condominium at 1100 Imperial Drive to Roger Faust and Katherine Faust, trustees, of Eagle River, Wis., for $420,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,195 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $77,000 in 1991.

Karen Davis and Jeannie Rannells, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1956 Baywood Terrace to Mark and Kimberly Glogovsky, of Wadsworth, Ill., for $340,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,383 square feet of living area.

Cornelia Miller sold her home at 6561 Waterford Circle to Richard and Harriet Gold, of Sarasota, for $339,900. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,773 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $108,000 in 1983.  
Sarasota Capital Partners LLC, trustee, sold the home at 3805 Kingston Blvd. to Martin and Barbara Okin, of Livingston, N.J., for $335,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1997.

John Furey, of Normandy Beach, N.J., sold his home at 8851 Havenridge Drive to Nadhi Laowatdhanasapya and Kamontip Phunratanamala, of Sarasota, for $320,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $204,300 in 1995.

Stephen and Mona Poyta, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 203 condominium at 5277 Heron Way to Lauren and C. Dana Johnson, of Sarasota, for $320,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $257,500 in 2011.

Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 835 32nd St. to Edwin Stephenson, of Sarasota, for $278,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,119 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2006.

Mark and Barbara Deutschle, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3117 Village Green Drive to Mahmoud Amer, of Canton, Mich., for $271,000. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,397 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,900 in 1992.

Dieter Ludwigs, trustee, of Melbeck, Germany, sold the Unit 830 condominium at 6370 Midnight Cove Road to Richard Walshaw and Tracy Deeren, of Dearborn, Mich., for $353,000. Meridian at the Oaks Preserve
Lynn and Maura Cambest, of Indian River, sold their Unit 202 condominium at 3603 N. Point Road to Maria Ellis, trustee, of Osprey, for $465,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,147 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2007.

Lake Vista
David and Teresa Asheroff, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 2103 condominium at 293 Hidden Bay Drive to Russell and Cathleen Smith, of Sycamore, Ill., for $250,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,568 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $237,000 in 2015.

Preserve at Mission Valley
Caryn Davis, of Nokomis, sold her home at 753 Vanderbilt Drive to Matt and Elizabeth Brower, of Tallahassee, for $1,005,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 5,870 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,000 in 2011.   

Calusa Lakes
Lawrence and Janice Tuck, trustees, of Nokomis, sold the home at 2103 Calusa Lakes to Kurt Burkhart, trustee, of Granby, Conn., for $510,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,552 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,600 in 2000.
Loretta Schwaner, of Laurel, sold her home at 2086 Timucua Trail to William and Constance Whigham, of S. Hadley, Mass., for $382,500. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,220 square feet of living area.

Bruce and Constance Stenhjem, of Venice, sold their home at 2150 Sonoma Drive to Brant and Kimberly Jones, of Nokomis, for $415,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2006.

Patrick and Jennifer Pham, of Nokomis, sold their home at 111 Cavallini Drive to Adam and Tanya Waxler, of Nokomis, for $370,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,300 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2013.
